YB Chow doubled counted when trying to defend the RM177.5mil detailed design consultancy cost that the Penang govt had already paid for the 20km roads as not 400% the limit.
Basically, YB Chow said their nasi Kemal is not 4 times overpriced because it includes components such as ikan bilis, kacang, nasi, sambal etc.
Wanna tipu that it is not super overpriced, please try harder.

Minister: Penang government double accounted for tunnel road project

I don't really blame Chow Kon Yeow for getting his reply to the 3 roads construction costs wrong - leading to double counting and a sharp rebuke from the Works Minister.
He is not even the EXCO for infrastructure, Lim Hock Seng is.
Neither is he the Chief Minister who was the champion for this project.
And yet, Chow Kon Yeow is the one delivering the press conference in a futile attempt to defend the high RM209mil in consultancy fees using unfamiliar technical terms for road construction.
While, the Chief Minister and Lim Hock Seng just sat next to him smiling.
Did someone just get gamed or "put on top of table"?
