Macam-macam komen bodoh pasal laporan Auditor

ENtah apa merepek Husam Musa nak komen hingga kata Odit negara tak sahkan sesuatu. Bila tidak dapat sahkan ada beberapa sebab.

Bila Odit Negara tak boleh sahkan, kadangkala auditor tak faham atau tak mahu faham.

Seringkali auditor tak mahu ambil tanggungjawab utk terima penjelasan yg di audit.

Dlm laporan odit negara, sering berlaku isu yg ditimbulkan boleh dijelaskan wakil rakyat pihak kerajaan yg jadi jurucakap pihak jabatan atau agensi atau kementeriaan yg berkenaan.

Sebenarnya auditor tak jujur kerana tak mahu kelihatan seperti tak faham. Lalu kata tak boleh disahkan.

Sepatutnya auditor perlu jelaskan kenapa tidak boleh sahkan. Dokumen tiada atau tak lengkap? Dokumen ada atau tak faham kandungan dokumen?

Akhirnya, Laporan Ketua Audit Negara ke atas 1MDB yang diOSAkan oleh PM jatuh juga ke tangan Sarawak Report(SR).

Sepanjang laporan SR mengenai 1MDB - belum ada yang dapat dipertikaikan kebenarannya oleh kerajaan.

Bermula hari ini, SR akan menyiarkan secara bersiri butir-butir dari Laporan Ketua Audit Negara itu.

Laporan Ketua Audit menyenaraikan sejumlah USD 6.87 B 'pelaburan yang tidak dapat disahkan' atau dalam bahasa mudah - wang negara yang dilesapkan - menerusi 1MDB!

Usd 6.87 B bersamaan RM 27.7 Billion!

Rakyat Malaysia yang gila saja tidak akan sensitif dengan jumlah ini.

Bagaimana negara boleh membaca Laporan penting ini secara sah?

Bagaimana tindakan mengOSAkan penyelewengan ini dijadikan sebagai satu jenayah?

Bolehkah YDP Agung dan Raja-Raja Melayu menitahkan mereka diberikan taklimat Khas oleh Ketua Audit Negara? Serta menitahkan satu salinan Laporan ini diberikan 

kepada mereka?

Kemudian, Raja-Raja menitahkan ia dikelaskan semula sebagai bukan OSA. Diedarkan untuk dibaca oleh seluruh rakyat.

Saya agak, Tengku Mahkota Johor saja, sudah layak menitahkan sedemikian jika sebenarnya PM menghormati Raja-Raja dan tidak ada jenayah yang hendak ditutup.

Adakah wajar, kerana satu makhluk bernama PM, satu negara bernama Malaysia perlu dinafikan hak untuk mengetahui kedudukan tentang kepentingan negara mereka demi mengelakkan tindakan ke atas pihak yang telah melakukan dosa ke atas seluruh rakyat?

Sarawak Report’s lies regarding the JAN Report

Sarawak Report is insinuating that it is in possession of a leaked Auditor General’s report that reveals the so-called ‘truth’ regarding 1MDB. What Sarawak Report does not know is that the Auditor General’s report is just one of many sources that the PAC used in its deliberations. So the PAC investigation was not based entirely on just one source but on many sources. 

We can allow Sarawak Report the benefit of the doubt in that they were misinformed or were not aware of this very crucial fact. If they were aware of this then Sarawak Report would be guilty of misleading the public because what they told the public is very far from the truth. 

But then this has always been the modus operandi of Sarawak Report since 2010. 

Sarawak Report is making it appear like they have secret documents that expose what the Auditor General reported. This report was one of many reports tabled at the PAC meeting and which all members of the PAC, those from the opposition included, discussed at length. So the opposition is aware of this report plus is aware that there are many other reports as well. 

The final report on 1MDB is the PAC report. The PAC report was compiled from many other reports, investigations and interviews done. So the Auditor General’s report is not the final report on 1MDB. It is just one component of many that makes up the PAC report. And this is where Sarawak Report has mischievously misled the public. 

In fact, the Auditor General’s report is not complete because it addresses just one aspect of 1MDB. The complete report is the one from the PAC because it not only takes into account the Auditor General’s report but all the other information gathered as well. 

Sarawak Report’s story also compromises the integrity of the PAC members, some who are from the opposition. Sarawak Report is insinuating that there is a cover-up by the PAC and that the PAC members, those from the opposition included, are not being truthful about what they discovered. Is Sarawak Report questioning the honesty of the PAC members?

IGP: We will use OSA if Sarawak Report’s 1MDB audit genuine

PUTRAJAYA, July 9 — The police will use the Official Secrets Act (OSA) to probe Sarawak Report if the document allegedly leaked by the whistleblower site is truly the classified federal audit on 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB).

Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar said he will first verify if the purported document is the Auditor-General’s report on the sovereign investment firm.

“Actually we are also uncertain whether the document published by Sarawak Report is genuine or not, whether it is a document by the Auditor-General or Sarawak Report got it from somewhere or someone sent to them, or they amended and they publish.

“So let me talk to the Auditor-General to verify whether that document is truly the Auditor-General’s report that has been classified as an official secret,” he told reporters here.

“If it is genuine, we will investigate under OSA,” he added.
