The
PakaTun wants govt to reduce pollution and save the environment but
they want petrol to be cheap to encourage more cars, more wasteful
driving which increases pollution and damages the environment.
They
blame the govt for oil prices increasing to RM2.30 per liter but they
never praise the govt when oil prices reduced from RM2.30 to as low as
RM1.60 in 2016 but said this was due to global oil prices and not the
govt's credit.
They
also want govt to spend wisely and not be wasteful but they want govt
to continue with heavy blanket subsidies on goods that are then smuggled
to other countries and wasted on foreign citizens and smugglers.
PakaTun
also wants govt to keep a lid on govt spending and reduce the civil
servant but then they complain when govt embarks on cost-saving measures
and freezes hiring and accuse govt of no more money.
The
Pakatun also complain a lot about govt introducing on GST tax which 95%
of the countries have already implemented or implementing within next 2
years but they keep silent about 5 other tax measures that were
implemented to prepare for GST including - the reduction in corporate
tax since 2008, reduction in personal income tax since 2008, exempting
people who earns RM5,000 per month income from paying personal income
tax, completely abolishing sales tax of up to 20% and abolishing service
tax of 6%.
The
PakaTun also wants the govt to stop tax evasion and illicit capital
outflows but they attack the GST which is a critical tool that stops or
reduces tax evasion and illicit capital outflows.
Pakatun
says the courts are unfair and controlled by govt but when they win
court cases in the very same courts, they say that justice has been
served and they are vindicated.
They
also want govt to abolish sedition act but when some foolish leaders
from BN makes a statement that hurts sensitivities, the PakaTun wants
the govt to charge these people with the sedition act.
In
2012, the Penang Chief Minister wants the Federal Govt to allow the use
of Allah by non-Muslims even though religion is a state issue - not
federal but two years earlier in 2010, the Penang Govt under the same
Chief Minister had banned the use of Allah and 39 other words by
non-Muslims with penalties even heavier than Brunei.
Do you really want to be a Pakatun?
Should I say sila meninggal?
LSS.
