Who help SUARAM fabricate Scorpene scandal?

Suaram uses the service of two French lawyers to help them in the Scorpene issue, Joseph Breham and a famous human rights lawyer, William Bourdon.

William Bourdon is the founder of an organization that is known as Sherpa where they fight for the imbalanced economy issues in poor countries such as Africa.

Sherpa is funded by two international organizations, both with big funds, Open Society Foundations (previously known as Open Society Institute) and Tides Foundation.


OSF is fully funded by the currency criminal, George Soros who almost destroyed Malaysia's economy back then in the economic crisis in 1997/1998. That was when Opposition Leader, Anwar Ibrahim who was the Finance Minister, wanted to give up Malaysia's dignity to the International Monetary Fund (IMF), before he was stopped by former Prime Minister, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad.

OSF is one of the biggest funder to the Tides Foundation, which funded William Bouldon's Sherpa.

According to its website, one of the member of the Board of Director, Maya Wiley serve as advisor and consultant to the Open Society Foundation. Tides Foundation is an international organization that openly supports left-wing agendas.

Since SUARAM is an organization that seemed left-wing in their socialistic ideology but with human rights as facade, they received such grant from Tides Foundation. Tides Foundation did provide fund for Suaram, USD15,000 to organize its activity a few years back.

SUARAM in South East Asia receive support from William Bouldon by virtue of their common links of funder, OSF and Tides Foundation, which linked also to OSF.

Nevertheless, no one is denying the rights of Suaram as a organization that fights for human rights and file a complaint on the transaction process of the Scorpene submarines made by the Malaysian Government to the court of France.

What can be queried is their motives to raise an issue of our country to be judged by a foreign country?

Back in 2007, Anwar became one of the panels in the fund-raising event organized by National Endowment for Democracy (NED), an organization that also funds NDI.


If we are to look at this in detail, the involvement of SUARAM in Scorpene issue, Ambiga in Bersih and Anwar as the opposition leader relate to one another. Suaram's actions in bringing up the issue of Scorpene to France court is not a coincidence and Bersih 3.0 rally on April 28 is actually planned.

The main backbone behind all this would be Anwar Ibrahim and his bosses, international Zionists - Jews organizations. So SUARAM is not really a free organization which fights for justice and against corruption.

It explained why they went overboard. No more are they satisfied as a complainer, they are bold enough to claim themselves as both prosecutor and judge of the issue before the investigating judges.

Suaram willingly fabricated information to claim the Prime Minister will be subpoena and another Jasbir Singh was subpoened to the French court to provide statements in the bribery trial.

There no such instruction by the investigating judges and French Embassy confirmed no such instruction. The court is still investigating and the process may take 2-3 years to do so. Strangely Suaram had known the results sooner.

There is also no bribery trial since the investigating court has to established if the so-called evidence provided by SUARAM and evidence found by the investigating judges warrant a trial.

Whatever the justice system, there must be investigation, gathering of evidences, establishing of motives, and putting a case together before there is such process resembling a trial.

There must also be the right to defense which the cards are kept closely by many parties.

One wonders what else did they fake, lie and slander using their local network of alternative medias such Asia Sentinel, Malaysiakini, The Malaysian Insiders, Malaysia Chronicles, etc.

Notice that there is hardly much coverage by the international news agencies, including the french AFP and by the mainstream French newspaper. Perhaps there are few articles by left wing neewspapers but not much. It means that there is likelihood that there is more smoke than fire and more of hoax and lies.

When Suaram behave in such manner, the rakyat should be wondering their purpose of bringing up the issue? More importantly, who ordered them to do such thing? Is Suaram fighting for who - rakyat? the opposition?

If only the rakyat know where the donation and support SUARAM received, then they would know that SUARAM is not suara rakyat as they slogan it as but working for kuasa besar (foreign power).
