Wasn't Tok Mat being paid salary to be Minister and Secretary general of UMNO? The late Tok Mat should be lucky because he was already in the boondock as Ambassador to Indonesia and on his way out of politics. The position he got was for back stabbing the whole Johor UMNO, who for lack of a better judgement collectively agreed to back Tun Musa Hitam. Is Tok Mat and family saying that support should be exchanged for projects and contracts? Where is all the talk on stage of perjuangan kepada agama, bangsa dan negara? Why does he need it at such late age? Tok Mat was quite wealthy when he first stepped out of Cabinet. Hope Nurjazlan will not try to deny that his father had shares in Air Hitam Tin Syndicate Berhad and made more from subsequent corporate exercise. It's all in this blogger's library. Nurjazlan's mother came from a wealthy Indonesian Chinese settling in Singapore. The Equatorial Hotel chain belongs to that family.Tambah blog tersebut:
Tak cukup-cukup harta kekayaan dunia lagikah?
If he is against Dr Mahathir, why did he went to boarding school when he is already financially endowed? Don't tell me he studied abroad on Government scholarship.Cukup-cukuplah Jazlan.
Talk within his old boys was that when he was Chairman for Tender Committee at Telekom Malaysia Berhad, he opened door for the boys to get contracts.
As claim by one of his classmate, the then CEO, Dato Abdul Wahid Omar had to close one eye or Nurjazlan will, as member, if not Chairman of the Audit Committee, give management a hard time.
Off course, he can brush those talk as heresay.
In case Najib's people are reading, monitor what this Melayu Liberal is doing as Chairman of UDA and the RM5 billion project coming his way. The Chairman of UDA is supposed to only chair Board of Director meeting, no more than that.
Now for the real juice.
When accountant-trained Nurjazlan was at Telekom, he picked up some knowledge on telecommunication.
He may have given his late father some good advice, because it seems there is a verbal agreement to give to his brother a RM300 million contract from MCMC for a "block phone" contract.
This is the kind of thing, political amateur, whining baby, like Nurjazlan, would do. Remember Nurjazlan crying in his Division meeting speech to gain sympathy, which otherwise he would have lost badly.
He won with the help of papa.
And he doesn't realise over the years how much people puke everything as Ketua Bahagian, he has to keep mentioning his father kirim salam, whenever he is on stage.
LIE: 90% of Sarawak forest have been chopped downForeign funded website and pressure groups like Sarawak Report pander to these foreign propaganda for the few dollars that foreign governments and lobbyists throw at them. They are so happy to receive foreign scraps that they are willing to sell their own state for it.
FACT: 80% of Sarawak is still covered by Tropical Rain ForestHere the Sarawak State Forestry Department Director, Datuk Len Talif Salleh explains that the figure of 80 per cent forest cover is not something that the state government cooked up but based on the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organisation classification.
FACT: Sarawak is still in the top three band in terms of biodiversityThe hot and humid climate allows the forest to recover quickly and this means that biodiversity in Sarawak remains very good because the state practices good logging practices.

Siapa berani lawan Azmin? Nanti dia hentak-hentak kaki, Pak Sheikh susah hati.

The EU and Anti-Palm Oil Campaigns: Growing Body of Evidence
According to Roger Helmer, a British member of the European Parliament who sits on European Parliament’s temporary committee on climate change and the European conservatives and reformists group, there is a growing body of evidence that the EU is actively promoting the anti-palm oil campaigns by funding environmental organizations such as The Friends of the Earth and singling out palm oil for unfair treatment.
Helmer described environmental NGOs as "agents of the state", receiving large sums of funding to support their campaigns and activities.
According to him, the European Commission alone had provided more than 60 million euros to these pressure groups through a programme called LIFE+.
“The driving priority of the various NGOs is to have free funding and keep their media profile high so that people want to talk to them, by creating scares and also creating scapegoats.
“They decided palm oil is a terrible thing and decided it drives deforestation and threatens habitat like the iconic orang utan, that it is a food crop and therefore wrong to convert to biofuel.
Deforestation Watch is pleased to publish in full an analysis of this issue, especially the Renewable Energy Directive (EU RED) entitled “The EU must reshape its palm oil policies” by Hanim Adnan of The Star.
PALM oil has had its fair share of smear campaigns and boycott from both the Western environmental NGOs and major consumer goods manufacturers.
In a forum of palm oil producers recently, Joefly J. Bahroeny, head of the Indonesian Palm Oil Producers' Association, said that Western countries are using climate change as an excuse to constrain palm oil production in Asia because it competes with Western business interests.
Indonesia and Malaysia produce most of the world's palm oil -- a product used in cooking, chocolate, cosmetics and as a biofuel.
