NEWS: Tan Boon Hwa dan Lee Wye Wing disuspek membunuh Teo

DNA siapa di pakaian Teoh?

Malaysiakini, Julai 29, 2009

Why should you evade from giving DNA if you feel that you are innocent???

The other 99 people did not even consult their lawyers but willingly extended their DNA to the patholigist. This include the MACC officers.

    Something fishy going on...

Gobind said its the time factor that prevents them from giving DNA.

Tan said REFUSAL was under lawyer's instruction.

    Somebody lied.
    So donplaypuks,you tell me who.

Of course I can read in black and white. If you think you are the smartest guy here, think again before insulting me like that.

Gobind advised his clients on Tue evening not to go on Wed morning to Police/Chemist because he would not be able to accompany his clients there. On Wed morning Gobind woukd have to be at the official Inquest.

So, there was no lie. You have equated Gobind's advise to his clients not to go on Wed morning as as total refusal to co-operate.

Subsequent events have proven otherwise and vindicate the 2 guys and Gobind's attitude.

My sincere apologies to you. I did not mean to insult you. Perhaps I could have put it better. I have no illusions that I am the smartest guy anywhere.

So we are running around in circles here.

If I am not mistaken, you are saying that there was NO REFUSAL to give DNA,just a matter of timing to allow for the presence of Gobind.

What I was saying was that that was REFUSAL on Tan's part to do the DNA test,as advised by his lawyer(Lim Lip Eng)

    Contradicting statements.

I quoted from the Malay Mail and the statement appears to come from Tan himself.

I hope you get the point that somebody is not telling the truth.

Subsequent events may have changed things, but we are arguing about this mornings comments,Ok.
