Makin dekat hari perbicaraan kes Anwar, makin desperado lah Anwar dan pasukan peguamnya. Peguam Anwar Sivarasa sekarang cuba untuk meremehkan hukuman penjara sembilan tahun yang pernah dijatuhkan atas Anwar untuk kesalahan liwat (Sodomy 1) pada tahun 2000. Mereka mainkan semula lagu konspirasi kerajaan untuk menjatuhkan Anwar.
Yang jelas adalah 10 orang hakim di tiga mahkamah yang berasingan telah sepakat bahawa Anwar memang telah melakukan liwat di Tivoli Villa. Sila ikuti tulisan Dr Novandri 'Anwar Ibrahim & Kenangan Manis di Tivoli Villa' yang menjelaskan berikut:
*Pada 8 Ogos 2000 pula beliau dijatuhkan hukuman penjara 9 tahun kerana meliwat (oleh seorang hakim).*Maksudnya 10 orang hakim di tiga mahkamah yang berlainan (Mahkamah Tinggi, Mahkamah Rayuan, dan dua kali di Mahkamah Persekutuan) bersetuju bahawa memang Anwar terlibat dengan liwat.
*Hukuman tersebut dijalankan serentak. Anwar Ibrahim gagal di dalam rayuan beliau di mahkamah rayuan (tiga orang hakim) pada tahun berikutnya dan pada Julai 2002, Anwar sekali lagi gagal di dalam rayuan akhir di mahkamah persekutuan (tiga orang hakim).*
*Pada 2 September 2004, dua daripada tiga hakim di dalam Mahkamah Persekutuan (Mahkamah tertinggi di Malaysia) membuat keputusan untuk mengenepikan tuduhan meliwat ke atas Anwar Ibrahim di atas sebab-sebab teknikal yang bercanggah di dalam kes tersebut.*
*Bagaimanapun, kesemua hakim bersependapat (tiga orang hakim juga) bahawa bukti-bukti yang dibawa ke mahkamah menjuruskan Anwar Ibrahim kepada melakukan aktiviti homoseksual.*
*Di dalam penggulung kes tersebut, hakim-hakim tersebut berkata :-*
*“We find evidence to confirm that the appellants were involved in homosexual activities and we are more inclined to believe that the alleged incident at Tivoli Villa did happen.” *
Peguam pro Pakatan Rakyat Mohamed Haris Ibrahim (People's Parliament) juga setuju bahawa Anwar memang telah melakukan liwat. Cuma Haris mungkin tidak setuju bahawa peliwat perlu di hukum oleh sesiapa pun.

Let's say your Mother is convicted of a crime by 1 Judge in the High Court, 5 Judges in the Court of Appeal but wins by 2-1 in The Federal Court.
Will you accept that seven Judges were right and that the decision in the Federal Court is wrong and you mother can still be called a convict?
Please, get your facts right. Any decision by the Federal Court renders invalid the judgement by lower courts. So, it means the lower court judges were wrong.

This is another fact you should take into account.
The decision of the Federal Court merely reverse the decision of the lower court to release Anwar from prison. Anwar was acquited not for absence of corroborating evidence that Azizan was sodomised.
The words of the judgement, which is of more importance, to legal process. Otherwise appeal and subsequent actiosn can;t move forward.
The words of the judgement basically says that ALL JUDGES concurred that Anwar practise homosexuality. They just can't link the evidence "Beyond reasonable doubt" to Azizan. Did Anwar do it? All of them say yes?
This is clearly stated and became the reason that Anwar's lawsuit against Dr Mahathir be thrown out.
It is the words of more that 10 learned judges against a commentator prejudicial against Mahathir and inclined to believe conspiracy theory without consideration for facts and sound argument?

Dr Novandri? Sapa ek? Hindu Tamil ka Hindu Kerala? Dr Phd ka? Atau Dr MBBS? Kalau Phd tu karut saja.
Orang yang ada Phd selalunya bukan cerdik manapun. Dia dapat Phd pun kerana buat thesis berkenaan satu cabang ilmu yang amat sempit saja. Contohnya Sains Politik, kajiannya hanya "Mengapa Dr Mahathir terpaksa menggunakan isu liwat untuk menjatuhkan Anwar Ibrahim".
